• Sound money thesis — fixed supply, deflationary by design
• Digital gold — store of value in a digital world
• Decentralization — no single point of failure or control
• Passive investment — buy and hold, no active trading needed

• Bitcoin ETFs approved and trading (BlackRock, Fidelity, etc.)
• Institutional adoption accelerating
• Lightning Network improving payment use case
• Post-halving cycle (April 2024 halving)
